What is Personal Training?

Personal training is an individualized coaching service tailored to you and your specific fitness goals. It provides motivation, accountability, and guidance to help clients reach their full potential while giving clients the ease of having to plan their own workouts. Programs are made and adjusted based on the client's interests and autonomy. 

What do I offer?

Cardio Training:

Whether you want to run, bike, hike, ski, etc., we will work together to make cardio fun and improve your endurance! 

Weight Training:

​

Regardless of your past experience or equipment, we will create a plan that has you building

strength! 

General Help:

​

Maybe you need help figuring out how to fit your workouts in. Maybe you want to try a new movement. I am here

for advice!

Plan Flexibility:​

​

Your training guide, is just that... a guide. If you have new interests or limitations, I will happily adjust your

routine!

  • ​Experience with Hyrox, Spartan, and Deka

  • 2x Hyrox North American Championships competitor 

  • 1x Hyrox World Championships competitor 

  • Qualified for Spartan and Deka World Champs 

*While I often train with a competition in mind, you DO NOT need to be a competitive or experienced athlete to work with me. My role as a coach is to help you find the movement and intensity that makes you feel your best and helps you reach your goals, regardless of how competitive you want to be!
